Peter’s practice focuses on estate administration and estate planning. He advises executors, trustees, and beneficiaries on the proper administration of trusts and estates. Peter also assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Peter is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and received the highest mark in Canada in STEP’s 2020 Wills, Trust & Estate Administration course. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2017 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia. Peter is an active volunteer lawyer with Access Pro Bono and Amici Curiae. As part of his volunteer work, Peter successfully represented the appellant at the Supreme Court of Canada in Michel v. Graydon, 2020 SCC 24.
