Justin Fekete

Areas of Practice

Justin Fekete primarily practices in tax planning. His work focuses on advising clients on various issues and tax planning strategies in the areas of personal, corporate, and trust tax planning. Justin primarily has experience in corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and estate administration. In his practice he has also gained litigation experience in the areas of tax and criminal law.

Justin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2020. He received several awards including: The Honourable Justice Joe E. Hershfield, Q.C. Award for highest standing in corporate taxation; The Cecil Black Memorial Prize for achieving the highest standing in the course Taxation of Trusts and Estates; and The Frederick J. Turner, Q.C/ Keith Turner Prize for Conflicts of Law for achieving the highest standing in the course Private International Law.
