Jeffrey Bichard

Jeffrey is a member of our Trusts, Estates & Estate Planning group.  Jeffrey’s practice focuses on assisting clients with estate administration and estate planning.  His work includes advising executors and trustees on administering trusts and estates and advising beneficiaries of their rights and interests in trusts and estates.  Jeffrey assists clients with preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts and related planning documents.

Jeffrey is also a member of our firm’s Charities and Not-for-Profits group in which he assists trusts and non-share capital corporations with charitable registration and regulatory compliance.

Jeffrey clerked at the British Columbia Court of Appeal from 2013 to 2014 and articled at an international law firm.  Jeffrey was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2015.

Jeffrey is a co-author of Chapter 1: Initial Advice for the Personal Representative of the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s Probate and Estate Administration Practice Manual and Chapter 14 : Trusts for Persons with Disabilities of the BC Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation Practice Manual.

Jeffrey is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Canada and holds a TEP designation.
