Harninder Dhillon

Areas of Practice

Harninder is a member of our Tax Litigation practice group.  She provides advice and representation to clients who are involved in audits conducted by the Canada Revenue Agency and clients who are disputing income tax and GST assessments.  She also provides advice and representation in respect of provincial tax matters, including empty homes tax, speculation tax and property transfer tax.  Harninder has represented clients in both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Harninder obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia in 2014 before pursuing her law degree from the University of Victoria (UVic) in 2018. During law school, she assisted low-income clients at the UVic Law Centre Clinic, and she gained practical experience through her work with the Ministry of Finance. Harninder was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2019.

Harninder is fluent in Punjabi and conversational in Hindi.
