Andrew Froh

Areas of Practice

Andrew practices in tax litigation and helps clients resolve their disputes with the federal and provincial revenue authorities. This includes disputes over income tax, provincial taxes and sales taxes where he represents clients at the audit and objection stages and in appeals of adverse assessments to court.

Andrew was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2019 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law in 2018. While at law school, Andrew competed in and later coached the University of Ottawa’s team at the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot. Andrew also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada’s Tax Advocacy Project where he provided pro bono legal services to self-represented litigants and appeared before the Tax Court of Canada.

Before joining Legacy, Andrew articled at the Ottawa office of a national law firm and then clerked for the judges of the Tax Court of Canada. He is currently in the process of transferring to the Bar of British Columbia.
