Who we are

At Legacy Tax + Trust Lawyers we practise exclusively in the areas of tax (domestic and international), estate planning, trusts, charities, charitable giving, pensions and other employment benefits and related litigation. All of the principals previously practised in much larger firms and many are nationally recognized leaders in their practice areas. The lawyers at Legacy have joined together with a common vision to provide the highest quality services in our stated fields to private and corporate clients.

In keeping with our commitment to remain leaders and completely informed with respect to provincial, national and international developments, members of our firm are involved with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (an international organization based in the U.K.), the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, the International Fiscal Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver. Some of our principals have received the pre-eminent AV Rating from Martindale Hubbell and many of us are on the "highly recommended" list of Lexpert.
