Areas of Practice
Caitlin represents clients in trust and estate litigation matters. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, followed by her Juris Doctor from Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She articled at a large regional firm before moving to a small firm setting to practice estate litigation, insurance litigation, family law and child protection law in the Lower Mainland and Northern British Columbia. She has represented clients in mediations, at regulatory board hearings, at trial at Provincial Court, and in contested and uncontested applications at Supreme Court.
Caitlin works with executors, trustees, beneficiaries and third parties in wills variation claims, capacity and validity challenges, administration disputes, and contested interpretation or construction matters.
