Christine M. Muckle

Christine practices in the area of estate planning, trust administration, estate administration, and related tax matters, with a focus on cross border U.S.-Canada transactions, including estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer tax issues. Christine also advises U.S. citizens and green card holders with respect to U.S. expatriation tax rules and U.S. tax compliance issues.

Prior to joining Legacy Tax + Trust Lawyers, Christine practiced as an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm in its Private Clients, Trusts & Estate group and articled in the Vancouver office of an international law firm in its Trusts, Wills, Estates and Charities group. Christine is currently a Principal with Legacy Tax + Trust Lawyers.

Christine received her juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she graduated magna cum laude in May 2006. Christine has completed Parts I, II and III of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.
